24th Annul General Meeting

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Finance PLC was held in a hybrid format before foreign and local shareholders and chaired by Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Chairman and Independent Director, according to a press release.

Among others, Rizwan Mannan, Vice Chairman; Abu Shamsul Kabir, Maisha Farizma Khan, Fariha Nazah Kabir and Nabiha Sabah Kabir, Directors; Irteza Ahmed Khan, Managing Director; and Abu Zakir Ahmed, FCS, Company Secretary were present. 
In his address, Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Chairman of National Finance PLC, expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their continued trust and cooperation. During the meeting, shareholders reviewed the company's performance, audited financial statements, and future business outlook. The company thanked its shareholders for their continued trust and participation and reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strong corporate governance, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation for its stakeholders.
