Mrs. Farjana Yeasmin FCA has recently been appointed as VP and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of National Finance PLC July 2019. Prior to joining National Finance, Mrs. Yeasmin worked for Prime Bank Limited as Head of Planning Center from October 2012 (7 years). She also played a crucial role for The City Bank Limited around 4 years. She also worked with Rahman Rahman Huq, a member firm of KPMG International.
Mrs. Yeasmin is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). She completed her graduation and masters in accounting from National University and hold 1st position in Masters and 2nd position in Graduation. She has also got two gold and one silver medals for her excellent Result. She also qualified on Junior Associate of The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (JAIBB) and Diplomaed Associate of The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (DAIBB). She also faculty member of ICAB.
Pursuant to Bangladesh Bank circular letter no. DFIM 13/2011, dated; 02-08-2011, National Finance PLC has formed a "Complaint Cell" and nominated the following persons at Head office for smooth resolve of the complaint of the customers.
