National Finance Ltd. is a full-fledged Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI), provides home loan for-

• Purchasing Apartment/Residential house /Commercial Space
• Construction of Building/Apartment
• Renovation of Apartment/Building

AMOUNT AND PURPOSE OF THE LOAN

The loan amount depends on client’s requirements and ability to pay. The maximum loan ceiling will be –

• Upto 70% of the purchase price of apartment.
• Upto 75 % of the construction cost of residential house.
• Upto 65% of the purchase price of commercial space.
• Upto 65% for renovation of apartment/house.

TENOR OF THE LOAN

 Loan tenor is maximum

• 15 years for residential purpose
• 10 years for commercial space

Subject to age of the customers; not exciding 65 years of age

SECURITY OF THE LOAN

Registered mortgage of the property and other acceptable security negotiated with NFL as required.

RATE OF INTEREST OF THE LOAN

NFL provides home loan based on customers’ financial strength.
