Mr. Sagar Kumar is a seasoned financial services professional with over 16 years of diverse experience across SME, Retail, and Corporate Banking. His areas of expertise encompass Business Development, Portfolio Management, Credit, Relationship Management, and Loan Recovery. He is currently serving as First Assistant Vice President and Head of Principal Branch at National Finance PLC, where he is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective portfolio management. Mr. Kumar began his professional career with IDLC Finance Limited and subsequently held various progressively responsible positions, including Relationship Manager, Booth In-Charge, and Branch Manager. Throughout his career, he has developed comprehensive expertise in SME and Retail Lending, Corporate and NGO Lending, Deposit Mobilization, Credit Assessment, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Loan Recovery, and Regulatory Compliance.
With his extensive industry experience, Mr. Sagar Kumar has a Master of Business Studies (MBS) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from National University. He has also completed professional training in Banking Operations from the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM).
