Mr. Rizwan Mannan has recently been appointed as a Director of National Finance PLC. He is currently the Managing Director of OMC Steel Limited and also serves as a Director of several companies within the OMC Group, including OMC Footwear, OMC Healthcare, and OMC Holdings.

Drawing on his diverse experience, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Rizwan has played a key role in driving substantial growth and fostering innovation across the organizations he has been involved in.

Having studied law at the University of Hull, UK, he brings a strong governance-driven perspective to the Board, combining strategic vision with legal insight and a focus on compliance.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he is actively engaged in social and community initiatives and has addressed critical issues such as child labour at the 12th SAARCLAW Conference, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility and inclusive development.
