Mr. Rizwan Mannan is the Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of National Finance PLC.

Mr. Rizwan is the Managing Director of OMC Steel Limited and serves on the Boards of several companies within the OMC Group, including OMC Footwear, OMC Healthcare, and OMC Holdings. With extensive experience in corporate leadership, business development, and strategic planning, he is recognized for his pragmatic approach in advancing sustainable growth and fostering efficiency and innovation across diverse industries.

Having studied law at the University of Hull, UK, Mr. Rizwan brings to the Board a distinctive combination of business acumen, legal insight, and governance expertise. As Vice Chairman, his multidisciplinary perspective strengthens the Board’s strategic oversight and supports its vision of long-term value creation.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Rizwan is actively engaged in social and community initiatives and has addressed critical issues such as child labor at the 12th SAARCLAW Conference, reflecting his commitment to responsible business practices and inclusive development.
