National Finance PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kazi Ahsan Khalil as an Independent Director of the Company.
Mr. Khalil has over 37 years of experience in the banking sector, including 19 years in senior management roles at leading local banks. His areas of expertise include leadership, corporate governance, risk management, and business development.
He previously served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Meghna Bank PLC. Since 2016, he has also held Deputy Managing Director positions at NRB Commercial Bank PLC, Modhumoti Bank PLC, Premier Bank PLC, and NRB Bank PLC.
Mr. Khalil has received several recognitions for his contributions to the banking industry and leadership excellence. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Dhaka.
National Finance PLC believes that his experience and leadership will add significant value to the Board and strengthen the Company’s governance framework.
