She has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector and is the founder of OMC Healthcare Ltd - a pioneer in medical device research and manufacturing with the accreditation of developing RT-PCR Covid Kit for the first time in Bangladesh .

Ms. Fahima did her undergraduate in Computer Science from North South University, Dhaka and MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, New York, USA.
