Mr. Md. Ziaul Karim has joined NFL in September 2018 as Head of IT and MIS. He has long experience in IT, Network, System support, Program Development, Data Management related works in local and foreign environment. He has been involved in the IT profession since the late nineties. He worked in National Housing Finance & Investments Limited as IT Head for almost an era before joining this organization.
Mr. Karim did his MSc and BSc in Physics from Dhaka University.
Pursuant to Bangladesh Bank circular letter no. DFIM 13/2011, dated; 02-08-2011, National Finance Limited has formed a "Complaint Cell" and nominated the following persons at Head office for smooth resolve of the complaint of the customers.
